Swimming
Whether you’re looking for some lunchtime lap swimming, a Water Exercise or HydroFit class to build strength and cardiovascular health, a place to cool off or some lessons for a family member, OXFORD offers a wide variety of pool activities in one of the best maintained pools in the region. Kept between 87-88 degrees, our pool is ideal for enjoying the water in every way.
When it comes to lessons, we've spent decades teaching the residents of Clark County to swim, and are proud to be teaching the grandchildren of some of our first students. We take pride in giving classes that genuinely focus on teaching children wonderful skills while learning to love the water.
We hope you enjoy the low-impact, relaxing workout you can get only by being in the water. Young or old, it's good for every body. Enjoy!

Women Only
Yes, it’s true! OXFORD is the only full-service athletic club in the region to offer a complete workout room that is exclusively for women. The women’s workout room includes all cardiovascular equipment, weights, balance tools, functional fitness tools and circuit training centers that you could ever need…….and it leads directly into the women’s locker room and pool for privacy. It’s your own getaway!

“Some of the best racquetball courts around!” is how our members describe our courts……Come join the fun! We have racquets for rent for newcomers, and anyone wishing to reserve a court can do so 24 hours in advance. Contact the front desk if you’re looking for a partner or someone to teach you the basics...or to find out when to join us for a "free racquetball night!"
Basketball
Whether it's a break from lunch, or some after work pick-up games you're looking for, Oxford gives you the chance to get out and shoot some hoops! Open gym time is available for those wanting to just shoot baskets, and games are also played throughout the day. Call for more information!

Oxford KidFit!
Kids 3-8 years have the opportunity to take part in our Oxford KidFit classes Monday -Thursday mornings and evenings! Come join the fun, and learn that moving is an important part of your day! We also offer ADAPT Youth classes for those 8-14 years old! Kids can workout while their Parents are doing the same--good health runs in the family!! *See front desk for fee information.
